"Studio ABA peeled frescos are achieved by using ancient manual techniques, they remain a legacy of an ever decreasing art form, and they are therefore bound to be valued in future generations.."

Studio ABA, with the guidance of Ennio Dal Bianco, conceives art as an ethical, rather than aesthetic, philosophy. Their creations have the task of representing the idea of art as a seed planted everywhere to be cultivated, loved with awareness and passion, carried as a constant drive throughout the day with the lifestyle of who knowingly chooses to be against the tide, yet in the lead, always careful and conscious of the importance of history roots and of the individual and common past.

Fresco painting is carried out on fresh plaster; the colour is fixed naturally with lime present in the plaster and remains indelible for an unlimited period of time. Frescos were used in ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome and in Italy in the Middle Ages, but it isn't until the Italian Renaissance period that the fresco began to come into its own. There are many frescos visible in Italy: one of the most famous being the Sistine Chapel in Rome, then there are others in Florence, Verona, Venice, Urbino, Milan, Pompei, Palermo, Asolo, Padova, the Veneto Villas, Maser, Treviso. Every famous or unknown artist from the likes of Giotto, Melozzo da Forlė, Botticelli, Il Ghirlandaio, Leonardo, Raffaello or Tintoretto, has painted small or large frescos, which can now be reproduced in studio and transported easily to their destination. The need to restore paintings, decorations and ornaments has meant an improvement of the "fresco peeling" technique, which allows the fresco to be removed from the wall and placed onto another support such as canvas, so that the fresco can be moved and used as a painting, a head board, a decorative ornament, with or without the frame and applied to a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom or similarly to a hotel, a restaurant, a bar, the hotel itself, a church or a lounge. Our frescos are veritable art reproductions. They are not prints or posters; our paintings are expressions of artistry and the love of art. The easy ways in which this type of freehand painting can be done are wide ranging and the results are surprising for any subject: scenes, mythology, trompe l'oeil, still life, putti and angels or even modern subjects, all painted in Treviso by Italian master craftsmen at Studio ABA.
